Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the highs and lows. My family moved to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. My parents were my inspiration and I worked to be prosperous. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. Attend college, and get a degree. Be married. Get a home. Create children. My plan for success was to attend college after graduation, and then find a corporate job. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and have kids. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I realized that I was not happy going to work in my company job. Status and money did not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn a paycheck. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with other people led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. The year 2014 was the year that I founded my small company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As a coach, I want to change the world through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and more content. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. As my career was taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life to datein the death of my mother. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and my heart all the time. It is possible to learn from our experiences, though we might not be able to see it now. My loss has impacted my life in several ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin the next chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life as I was given my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than ever. It is true that I live now and not just surviving just like I did previously. I share my life with you in hopes that you can resonate with my words and experiences for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal that health truly is your best source of wealth. My prayer is to live your the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about in this life.
